HOW TO USE

1. Mix the OXYGEN J2 Dye with the Clear Shade Diluter to achieve desired shade.
2. Add OXYGEN J2 Cream-Activator 2.7% in a 1:1 ratio.
3. Apply to clean brows or lashes.
4. Follow recommended exposure time per product instructions.
5. Remove excess with cotton or damp cloth.
